Asking for consideration
The clouds are different, but still fuzzy. Very thick, makes it hard to move but the imbalance has a source now and a name is needed.

Any suggestions? Should be evenly distributed between both sides, will figure equations closer to the meeting.

Er- care to elucidate at all, old thing? I hear tell from your old flesh and blood that you're, ah, up the proverbial duff. May I congratulate you, or is he babbling?

Yes. Simon is not a babbler, but he isn't being helpful.

Know of names? I am compiling a list.

... Well, let me shake your hand, my dear girl. I must say, it all seems a bit sudden, and you are deuced young, but if you're glad of it... well, why not?

As for a moniker for the kid? Hmm. For the boys, I've always been dashed fond of Reggie. Short for Reginald, you know. Noel's a corking one as well. What else? Hugh, Crispin, Maxwell.

And for a girl, I've always been fond of the name Delia. Bobbie's a bit of a bouncy, chipper sort of sobriquet, if that's the kind of thing you're looking for. Helena, Bernadette, Beatrice are a few others.

Age is not a factor.

Xie xie, will add them. Have to find their numbers, but should be good for the consideration.

Well, fair enough!

I have to say, though, your dear brother's out on a murderous rampage for whoever's the father; seems rather convinced it's your Mister Saxon. I tried to dissuade the chap, but he doesn't seem in the mood to listen to reason.

... It isn't Saxon, is it? He didn't really seem the type to me, but I suppose one never knows.

Isn't.

Ah, right ho! I didn't think so, but you know, it never hurts to check twice, what?

[Locked]
I say, speaking of your Mister Saxon; he offered to take me for a spin in his new doohickie; said he was taking your goodself for a ride and if I fancied, I might tag along as well. What say you to that?

Taking a trip! Will see Knowing and then dinosaurs. Maybe others, or just Earth-that-was.
Would like to have a Bertie bird come with.

Jolly good. Have you any idea who the pater of the kid is, then, or is it one of those immaculate conception jobbies? Bit of the Virgin Mary to you, eh?

[locked]
Knowing? And what might that be, my dear girl? Though dinosaurs- sounds dashed exciting, that. I suppose if one's to go back in time, that's a good place to head, what? Back to the very beginning of things. I would love to show you 'round my London, though, if you decide to biff back to Earth. Earth-that-is, for me. You'd find it a right lark, I imagine; a jolly place if ever you've seen one, the old metrop. is.

Fine, be secretive if you fancy; it is your prerogative, I suppose. You know I'll be simply aflame with curiosity, though.

[locked]
Ah, Kvasir! Yes, I met the fellow a while back; corking chap, if a tad enigmatic at times. No worse than your own self, though. I can imagine you'd like to see the original thing, what? Before you all had to vacate the planet. A rum thing, that. Bit sad, really. But I shan't think of that! After all, it is for me now, and that's all that really matters to this Wooster.

Ho, of course not! My hands are up in complete surrender, old fruit. If secret you want it, than secret it shall be. I was only teasing, what? Bit hard to tell in writing, but I was.

[locked]
Spiffing! It's a top hole place, really. Could use improvement on a few fundamental levels, of course, but I imagine that's more to do with the people than the planet.

Miranda...

Nonononononononononono, that's not a name for life. That's her name and she spins and stays still it isn't a good name no it won't go on the list it isn't proper.

All right, forget I said it.

How about Emily? If it's a boy, you can shorten it to Emil (though that's really old-fashioned).

Not a who, it's a where. Miranda was a planet. It... something happened. She won't let me see it, but there was... everyone died. They lay down and died. Lost their will to live. It was like the end of the universe. And it's still there, a ghost planet, completely abandoned.

That's Miranda. It got caught on her, dug deep, and she can't get it out. I'm trying to help her forget, so I'd appreciate it if you kept this to yourself.

...I see.

Time Lord children are given names when they're admitted into the Academy, codes until they're old enough to choose their own. The Doctor's was ΘΣ, but I'm rather partial to ϡΓ.

[That's pronounced 'Theta Sigma' and 'Sampi Gamma' respectively.]

Codes are an easy form of reference within a large group. Want to work the other way, backwards. Give the word then form the code.

They can be more difficult than the search for correct words in the conveyance of meaning. Starting early to give best opportunities for accuracy.
